Was a very nice stay.

Wasn't worth the money to stay there. There's not much difference to a Premier inn for half the money. The bed was hard. No Welcombe booklet or menu or information about dining. Could hear the room above running around at night.

Very good

Great room very comfortable bed but was missing CNN on the television! Breakfast was awesome

I was upgraded without having completely agreed. I had notified that I would like to upgrade but would have preferred to have been told the cost of the upgrade. Also disappointed about a meal I had a their restaurant, it was very small quantity. Also the price of the beverages was too high for me. But in general my stay was very good .

Exceptional

The hotel is in a great location, very well connected with metro, train and DLR, lots of cafeterias, restaurants and bars to choose from and of course somebody could stroll around at the decks for hours. Buffet breakfast of Hilton is excellent and also the reception service was exquisite and professional. The rooms were left always impeccable after cleaning service.
