    very disappointed with staff at front desk & how little they cared about giving us the wrong room
    When we arrived for check in they didn't have our reserved king suite available. We made the reservation for a king suite so im not sure how this happened but they but us in a double suite with full beds. This was our first trip without the kids and we were planning on getting room service breakfast in bed but we had to sleep in separate beds the whole trip because we didn't fit together in a full. We went to the front desk two different times and they were very unfriendly and just really didn't care about our inconvenience.

    Good location. Cocktails were $17 a piece in lobby during happy hour. $50 for valet or $40 for self parking.
    Location. Noon checkout time. Comfortable bed.
    Shower gel bottle empty. Someones dirty sock on floor alongside bed. Had to adjust price because was charged $52 more than Booking.com stated our price was. No microwave in suite.
