    Great location. Staff helpful for the most part.
    Location and local vibe. Some members of the staff were helpful when our first room had an issue with the climate control. They assigned us a new room. Bed was very comfy.
    1 member of the staff was not very friendly. I felt like she did not want to be there and that everyone was bothering her. This was my observation of her when she interacted with several people.

    Staff. Location. Bar. Atmosphere. Quiet and clean room.
    No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.

    It was nice hotel especially in downtown Nashville and within walking distance.
    The smell of the hotel was really nice, the band that played while we were there were great. The room was great for just my husband and I.
    The bed could of been better, didn't sleep very good and the pillows were hard.

    Awesome visit. so I would concert at the Ryman and one at the Grand Ole Opry.
    The hotel is just steps away from Broadway, which is the main street with all the music. The hotel had musicians in the lobby most of the time. Loved it.

    Would definitely stay there again because of location and it was comfortable
    The location is less than a block from broadway and in middle of everywhere on the strip
    Decor is industrial minimalist concept- no dressers for clothes, no closets just hooks on wall- no amenities in the room ie no microwave, coffee maker, fridge, safe, and very little lighting- just 2 stick bedside tables and one stick table to set things on with one chair- but it was tastefully done, bed was comfortable, and was clean- shower was not designed well at all with just a half wall to prevent water from getting in floor and floor always soaked in bathroom

    Great location with good amenities! Would for sure stay here again!
    Great location and the beds were comfortable too. Fun atmosphere and good live music downstairs at the bar.
    Valet was difficult to use because of the traffic on lower Broadway and one of the two elevators broke during our stay and the working one sounded like it could break at any time.
