    Guests had a great stay at the Hilton Vacation Club Ridge on Sedona. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was ideal for easy access to nearby a (Read More)ttractions. Some guests mentioned issues with noise from neighboring units and TV cable, but overall, it was a fantastic place to stay. The resort had beautiful views, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. However, some guests had complaints about the lack of maid service and outdated furniture.

    They said their system canceled our reservation, and all rooms were booked so we had to scramble to find another place to stay. Then they tried charging us for one night!

    Great stay - location was great - quiet with great restaurants near by - scenery was awesome.
    Beautiful location. Staff friendly and made check in and out easy. Offered help if any needed. Room was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

    Relaxing and enjoyable
    The facility was amazing for our family of four. It was well-appointed and had everything we needed while we explored the area. The pool was an added bonus.
    Parking was a bit of a hassle as spaces seemed to disappear in the evening making it very difficult to park after returning late

    The hotel had everything I needed and excellent staff answered all my questions.
    Spacious rooms with many of the comforts of home.
    It was 20-30 drive from all the places I kept going.

    Location and the unit was clean and comfy
    Well, the unit i booked was a studio, it was almost perfect, the only thing was, its connected to another unit and i can (im sure we both can) hear each others voices when talking, so clearly.

    Nice place to stay. All the facilities where nice. Wifi worked well and it was calm.
    The heating was a bit noisy but I guess you do not need it most of the year.

    I was very comfortable!
    I loved the private balcony, the pools, the staff and the laundry room was a huge perk.
    The price, added to the resort fees, ended up being a little more than I wanted to spend.
