    Big hotel, spacious and clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great choice for breakfast (less crowded before 9 am). Nice 10 min walk to metro station; 6 stops to city centre.

    This is not a Hilton standard hotel !! Expected more!
    The breakfast was really nice! Too many options which was fantastic for us.
    Staff were very reluctant to help and slow to respond. I have made some requests through booking which they did not even bother to answer! Although the hotel is very close to a metro station the area is quite far from the city centre and at night is quite spooky!

    It is a shame for Hilton hotels chain! Very poorly managed hotel. Not recommended if you want to stay in Vienna!
    Big rooms, good breakfast. You can park the car in front of the hotel for 26 EUR
    Service is very poor for Hilton no hot water in the room, after changing the room was the same problem with the tap, no chance to take a shower with cold water. No slippers, no robes in the room, telephone in the room not working, so to reach reception you need to go to the lobby and wait in the line. Breakfast not organized at all: you have a big mess in the eating hall, you need to wait 10-15 mins to seat, eating zone is definitely not enough to host all guests in the morning.

    I didn't relax in Vienna, I solved problems with hot water
    During my 2 days at the hotel I had problems with hot water in every room, no matter where I was until I was transferred to the third room on the first floor. This is after I already caused a scandal at the reception after they told me that it was impossible for me to be given a new room every day. This is generally an out-of-the-ordinary situation, it is not acceptable and it cannot happen that there is no hot water in the room while changing two rooms and each room has the same problem. thank God there was water in the last room and my children calmly swam with me, but in order to get this number I had to create a scandal.

    Mostly all was very good. The room was huge and very comfortable.
    Very nice hotel, no very far from the metro, with a very pleasant sauna, great breakfast.
    There was a internet break down for almost 48 hours! Couldn't connect to building management program.

    For the high price of hotel and breakfast, facilities were not good, clean and enough. We would not return.
    Room was quite big and comfortable for a family of 3. Location was good directly at the river and close to public transport.
    Rooms were not cleaned nicely. There were hairs on the exchanged towels. Served coffee cup was having a lipstick trace from somebody else (therefore they served second coffee for free). Breakfast was 30 EUR/person, poor and restaurant was very crowded (it was difficult to find a place and long queue to get the food).
