Superb

It was Christmas day when we visited and the hotel looked like a happening place all decked up. Staff Amit at Concierge was very helpful in getting us a taxi to visit the sightseeing places. The food was also good.

Good

Good hotel. At check in, the lady at front reception initially gave a hard time. Arguing about the booking. I had to show her my booking details just to prove what I booked.

Overall its good hotel. Breakfast taste could be improved.

The rooms are spacious.

a) The staff is rude and do not agree to even small requests (like sending wine glasses to the room etc.) b) The in-room dining almost never picks up the phone and then you have to route your orders through the front desk, leading to miscommunication and slow service. c) Initially, we were informed that the kitchen is available 24X7 but when we wanted to order around 12 after coming back from Taj Mahal night view, we were informed that a very limited menu is available after 11PM and they did not have what we wanted to order. Even then we were not allowed to order from outside and were asked to order what they have in the limited menu. d) The rooms are advertised as soundproof but you can hear even the door bell / phone ringing in the adjacent rooms or even the foot steps of the people going past your room in the corridors. So in no ways it was a sound proof room. e) During the break fast time, the staff seemed overwhelmed and we had to ask for everything 2-3 times before it was served. f) To top it all, we even found insects in the room. This is by no means a 5star property. I will not consider this even a 4star property.

Overall the stay was pleasant.

The room was spacious and we got a twin bed as requested.

The final bill they were charging taxes which are not applicable to the state. Like employee welfare and some welfare fund for every purchase. This needs to be removed since its not a mandatory one , as most of the travelers do pay much attention to the detailed bill.

Superb

Perfect for a stop-over or for a longer stay. Good place for visiting the Taj Mahal.

Travelled with extended family and all rooms were next to each other. Food and service was excellent. Room was clean, security was good, safe hotel in a colourful area - typical Agra. Rooftop pool was refreshing, communal areas were well-maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended.
