This location was perfect for all we wanted to do in Asheville! Quiet, out of the traffic, and we had a beautiful Mountain View. The breakfast each morning was really good.
Originally we were put on the first floor (pet-friendly) but it smelled heavily of pet odor so we asked to move which the staff was very accommodating and put us in a room on the fourth floor! Everything was perfect once we moved.

The only thing that I can say, I liked about the property was that it had free breakfast
What didnt I like about the property? The list goes on and on first. Im very disappointed. The reason I picked this hotel was because it had a bar and a restaurant I was informed one day before I came that the bar and the restaurant was going to be closed on the only two days that I was going to be there, if I couldve gotten my money back I would have that was the only reason I picked this hotel, the vending machines were empty it just was a disaster. I came there because it was my first Christmas with my husband and I wanted it to be memorable. It was not in a good way.

Great place!
Super clean, friendly staff. Loved the views of the mountains! Also liked having an onsite restaurant/bar as well, it was very convenient.
There really wasnt much I can say I didnt like. The bed was a little hard, but not extremely so. I dont have any other complaints.

Very clean and pleasant. My regular 'go to' place to stay while in town for work.
The room was large, clean, well lighted, and overall very comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. Morning coffee was always plentiful and hot.
Parking was fair. No place close by for breakfast except Waffle House and after trying that one time, I would not return due to the high price for a mediocre tasting meal.

Decent hotel on Tunnel Rd. RV
Loved the cozy lobby and the location... Close enough to downtown Asheville but without all the busyness.
When we checked in the restaurant was closed and we had some trouble finding another restaurant close by that wasn't a chain. We were awakened early in the morning by somebody calling "Lisa" at one of the adjacent rooms. We had a first floor room which I probably would not get again. Breakfast was not included.
