    As always great.
    As I am from Ellesmere Port I always like the location as I used to swim around the area when we were kids. The breakfast is always good, cooked well and plenty to pick from. the room was good.
    The phone did not work (changed). The hair dryer was missing (New one delivered). Not enough coffee's and milks. But replenished when asked and very quickly.
