Great short break away and divine spa
Great room, clean and comfortable. Staff at reception, Nelsons bar and the Oasis restaurant were fabulous.
The hotel is really well decorated and felt festive throughout. The spa has a great selection of treatments in the same grounds.

We enjoyed our stay but it could have been much better with some small changes.
We checked in early, the room was clean and pleasant, good tea and coffee facilities, nice bathroom. Spa had a great pool and hot tub.
We had never been before and were offered very little guidance. There were no robes in our room, we went to the spa who sent us back to reception to get some. In the spa, both showers were ice cold, very few loungers. We had booked a dinner reservation at 7.30, our table wasnt available until nearly 8pm and then we were put in the dog area even though we didnt have a dog - restaurant and bar staff were clearly very stretched. Coffee machine was broken at breakfast.

Almost everything except for minor issue as below . It was a stunning beautiful spa hotel and the whole stay from start to finish was amazing . It was my 50th birthday that I will never forget
Only negative was the shower in room 5 was only luke warm . Not warm enough so made shower experience not very nice but basin hot tap was hot . Reported to reception desk on leaving but this did not affect all the other amazing qualities this hotel has to offer . Room was beautiful

Very nice grounds and beautiful restaurant
The people staying close to my room were extremely noise, shouting and banging doors during the night. After a couple of phone calls to the reception, they suggested us to move rooms, but we were given a worst, smaller room. Would not be staying there again.
