    Room decor looks tired. Carpet in room stained. TV didnt work. Towels changed but bed not made up

    I could see the toilet from my pillow. I have stayed in a yotel before with the same kind of toilet arrangement, but you couldnt the toilet from my pillow! The room was way too hot over night we had a terrible nights sleep. The restaurant/padded room was freezing. I had dressed nicely for the evening but ended up sat in a jumper would have worn my coat if I had it. Parking was expensive

    Beautiful, spacious apartment close to the centre of Chester
    Huge apartment building with high ceilings, felt really spacious. Modern furnishings and equipment. Very convenient location, just a short 5-10 min walk into the centre of Chester. Perfect.

    Fun and original but not practical
    The fun decoration, the bar (the G&T was delicious) The prime location.
    The bed, the pillows, there was no wardrobe, so not ideal for more than a couple of nights, the material of bathroom floor (can it be scrubbed?) and finally, if you need privacy in the loo, this place is not for you!
