Some experienced issues with non-working EV chargers. Overall, a recommended stay with good food, friendly staff, and convenient location.

    Pleasant and comfortable. Restaurant very good.
    Food in the restaurant was very good.
    Bathroom walls very thin so you can hear all bodily functions of the person next to you. Very noisy when the tap is being run in the bathroom next to you.

    Lovely food, both breakfast and evening. Great position. Very friendly and obliging staff.
    For the price we paid the room lacked a few small touches like a little table a box of tissues .There was also only fresh fruit available on one morning of our stay.. However we would wholeheartedly recommend the boathouse as these were minor details.

    Ive stayed at The Boathouse a few times. The staff are lovely and its in a fantastic location. Great for shopping.
    Our first night of our last stay the room next to us was very noisy. Luckily they were only there for a night. The rest of our stay was perfect.

    Friendly staff. Good position walking distance to centre of Chester for shops and attractions. Free parking. Breakfast excellent. Room good size.
    Shower leaked needed new sealant as mold probably due to leak.
