    This Holiday Inn Express in Berlin is well-maintained and feels new. The rooms are clean and quiet, with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. While there is no gym, there is a nearby running p (Read More)ath along the river. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with fast WiFi, and although it is not located directly in Alexanderplatz, it is only a short walk away. The staff are helpful and friendly, making for a pleasant stay.

    Great location, friendly staff and good amenities in room.
    The location was perfect for walking into the central area and to get to all the Christmas markets. There was some lovely restaurants around the hotel, and the hotel had a nice bar area. It is central to the U/S bahn and the trams are close by as well. The breakfast was lovely, and enough to fill you up for the day out exploring, but it does get very busy with limited seating. The bathroom was a nice size and they had Dove products for soap, shampoo and conditioner. There was a decent hairdryer in the bathroom. The beds were okay.
    There was not a refrigerator in the hotel room and the light in rooms 402/403 was a little dull for putting make up on. There was also no desk or seat to sit at to do make up, so I had to balance on a stool or sit on the floor. The hotel did double charge me, but this was dealt with very very quickly and I was given the attention from reception and the management staff to get the problem resolved and the refund was organised (no extra money came out my account).

    Excellent location, an underground station opposite the hotel, and great to get around the city. A clean and modern hotel.
    Breakfast was okay, not as many options compared to other hotels.

    Worth the price in an amazing location.
    I enjoyed the location, the staff was very friendly, the bathroom had good lighting and the breakfast that was Included was good! Right next to the subway station and able to walk to many places
    The view might have been prettier and some amenities such as slippers or water could've been added. Those are small things to change and overall it was a very good experience.

    Hotel with exceptional location and transport connection near the city center
    Great location, near U2 station, it was easy and fast to reach any location in Berlin. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The restaurant at the hotel was working even on Christmas, there were not so many variety of dishes but it was really tasty. The bar was working every evening. It was important on Christmas Holidays when not all cafes and restaurants were working during that period.
    There were not many places for clothes in the room( closet or shelves or smith ).

    The breakfast was good. I loved that the rooms were temperaturally controlled so nicely. And that there were lots of plugs and Internet charging connections.
