    The workers sympathy, the room, the vibe of the hotel of its own is relaxing and comforting
    The cleaning. I felt I couldnt shower without flip flops, there was dry drinks spilled on the wall and there was trash of the last people who used the room.

    Really good hotel if you want to be close to the main central station.
    The location is superb. Walking distance to the main central station. The room was ok for me since I am alone. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to. It is cleaned well.
    If you are a vegan you might have a very small option for breakfast buffet. At night I can hear banging of the doors from other rooms. Like a lot. So I noticed the next day I passed by the room being cleaned when the staff entered the room and automatically the door closes and left a banging sound. Lastly, the pillows are so thin. I have to pile the two together so I can sleep well.

    If you have another option, don't stay here, no value for the money.
    One can see there is an effort put by the personnel to maintain a certain level of service. There was some thought put in conceptual design of the building as well. 24-hour front desk worked properly. And obviously, it's no farther than a few hundred meters from the main railway station of Berlin, which is the only real advantage of this property. There is also an exit from the room directly to a common-use terrace with a smoking place, which can be an advantage for some while a downside for others. Plenty of soap and towels.
    The room was advertised as a "one-bedroom suite", being in fact one room with two beds in it - one double, another sofa bed - separated only by a TV stand. My understanding of a one-bedroom suite would include a separate bedroom with a double bed, while there is still a living room with the additional bed. More generally speaking, the room was ridiculously small and crowded with furniture. You can't, for example, walk to the opposite site of the bed without squeezing yourself between it and the wall. A coffee machine, however provided with some capsules, couldn't be properly used as installed, you need to move it first out of its niche which is too low. All that may be done only when the sliding closet door is closed, because when it's open the niche is not accessible. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and in the toilet, which is surprising as for a respectable property in a European capital. The douche, once designed to be then-modern, is outdated, crumbling in part, and not comfortable in use. Both the bar on the floor and the rooftop bar were closed due to a holiday. It's a bit strange, because the holidays is when people travel and need those bars, one would think. And all that for 150 Euro per night. I would expect better. Shortly - if you have another option, don't stay here, no value for the money.
