The reviewer had a great 4-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Colorado Springs. The hotel's location was conveniently close to downtown and their planned activities. The rooms were cle (Read More)an and spacious, with daily housekeeping. The reviewer loved the amazing pancakes served for breakfast. Despite a rough start to their trip, the front desk staff, particularly Natasha, was welcoming and made them feel at home. They would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great hotel with professional service and hospitality.
This is a superior location, right across from downtown. The whole facility was very clean with great amenities. But by far, the best aspect of the hotel was the front desk clerk, who was exceedingly professional and helpful.
The beds are a little hard.

Decent room and good staff but the breakfast and location would put me off from coming back again.
The hotel room was clean and tidy. Don't have anything bad to say about that. Also, the size was more than sufficient for two people.
The breakfast was horrific. Absolute nothing to eat. Even scrambled eggs were burned. The location of the hotel was poor as well. It's in a rough neighborhood so you really have to be careful when leaving the hotel for dinner in the evening as we have been approached by a number of people asking for money.

Clean and comfortable
We always stay here whenever we are in Colorado Springs. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the freeway and close to downtown. Breakfast, pool and jacuzzi tub is definitely a plus. Staffs are always warm and courteous. Room is comfortable and clean.

The hotel had a nice location towards the city center (walkable).
Spacious room and pool were an positive surprise.
Unfortunately located next to the HWY.
No EV charging stations.
Our initial reservation was canceled, would have loved if they could reach out before a one sided cancelation next time.

Better than I expected.
Night attendant was "Johnny on the spot" and always had a smile and a helpful hand. I dealt more with the night attendant, but day attendant was nice too, night shift guys was EXCEPTIONAL.
Room was huge, parking was good, great value for the money. I am VERY happy overall with the experience.
