Ok if it was cheaper would use again not really a lie for money

Staff were great

Parking too far especially uncomfortable in bad weather. TV didnt work very dated. Door card system failed to open doors on too many occasions. No gym a negative.

English breakfast but no omelette or pan cakes

Clean bed

The main door electronic lock was old and didnt work properly. Door couldnt be locked from inside but did have a thin door chain for safety. Sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Breakfast was not at par with that of other Holiday Inn Express I had been to. Not much option for guests who cant eat pork sausages or bacon. No pan cakes, bananas or even an omelette on the menu though it was supposed to be an English breakfast. Unnecessary wait of 15- 20 mins for the Vegan sausages to be microwaved for every order. Wondering why it couldnt be made ready to eat as most of the guests were ordering for the same anyway.

The Lovely Joanne

We were greeted by the lovely Joanne who asked us a couple of questions about our stay and gave us a room to suit. It was perfect The car park is next door and was 1.50 24hours. Bargain. The breakfast was worth getting up for. Bathroom lovely and clean and the bed very comfy. The stay was perfect and the greeting and farewell from the lovely Joanne made it extra special

A great place to stay, centrally located. Plenty of food and shopping choices within walking distance.

The rooms were ready at check in time. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is my third stay here and I have never been disappointed.

Best place in Bradford

We love staying here and trying to stay once a month. The staff are friendly and funny and always willing to help.

There is never any tomatoes for breakfast. My husband loves his tomatoes.
