Great value of money

Location is perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast starts early in the morning, what is great.

Some neighbours were a bit noisy and we could hear them talking and slamming the door.

Overall, very pleased

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's ideally located we had booked the playhouse directly across the street. Room good size and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. Bar had a good selection of drinks and snacks and opened to decent time. Complimentary tea and coffee in reception. Overall, very pleased.

Breakfast was very busy at 9am.

As someone with a disability, it would have been better without stairs! Both the outside stairs to the entrance, and inside there were stairs to get to the lift. Pretty silly layout.

location was good and convenient. Staff on morning were very helpful in giving directions

room was very very cold. i did ask for more blankets but was told that there werent any and theyd turn up heating. unfortunately this didnt make any difference until the middle of the night.
