Although there was no room service, the complimentary breakfast offered a great selection. Guests enjoyed the bar service and overall had a pleasant stay, planning to return in the future.

    Fine, good breakfast and great location.
    Breakfast was great and location excellent. The room was clean and neat but a bit small and dingy felt room was a bit basic. Adequate, clean, but rather hostel like.

    Location is ideal for visiting the Dome, Princes St & shopping centre. Tram stops are across the square as is the bus station & hop on hop off bus stops. Staff very friendly & helpful (even got a free upgrade to a balcony room) Very clean throughout, super comfy beds & nice little touches like robes, slippers, toiletries & an espresso maker. Quirky, interesting decor

    location: good, Breakfast area: small and noisy, Rooms: dirty and cold, staff: not experiened

    Staff - they are not experienced enough to handle issues. They have provided us a cold room. we have a doughter in 4 years old they pushed us to us this room. AC was not working and at the same time it was dirty and having lots dust inside.

    Fab hotel, great staff, the best location!
    Great kerb appeal, and fab contemporary interior. Room was comfy, not particularly large, but wed booked a queen size room so not outside of our expectations. Comfy bed, great aspect; we looked into the square. Large bathroom. All facilities available. Room cleaned regularly, despite we were there over a bank holiday. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
    We realise the size of the room would have made it difficult, but 1 or 2 small drawers would have been useful, although not essential.

    Loved it!
    Absolutely fantastic location, chosen to suit a short weekend break. It was decorated for Autumn with beautiful Pumpkin flower arrangements and felt very welcoming. Not a traditional design where you walk in and the reception desk is right in front of you, so that threw me a bit. A rather more informal set up where a small table to the side with a member of staff nearby was eventually located. Loved the decor, artwork. Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from but don't go expecting a fry up. Room was lovely, attention to detail in the decor such as tartan legwarmers for the table. Beds were clean and comfortable. All in all, loved it!
