Guests reported that the Holiday Inn Express Poole has lovely and friendly staff who are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms and hotel were clean with no complaints. One guest did mention that the (Read More)room had a heater, so it's advised to double check the temperature setting as the previous occupant may have preferred a warmer climate.

Disastrous....
The staffs were too good. Room service was also great, but all the condiments were on ration. Breakfast was good.
The rooms were too old and there was a hole that wind was blowing through. The Television was too old was not working. They provided an extra bed which is orginally a convertable sofa and that was atleast 20 years old and so jumpy. I still don't belive that I have stayed in a three star hotel "that too Holiday Inn" I never expected such a disaster. And The Room size was too Poor too.

Check in was painfully slow, the staff couldnt cope with the volume of visitors. Dirty tissues found by the sofa bed. Noisy guests - we range reception 3 times, no answer. Kept my kids up from 12 midnight until gone 2am. Very dry un-fresh breakfast
