    Very good
    I would stay here again. I live in Cornwall and its a great stopover for visiting family.
    The staff were amazing. I needed help with my dogs crate and they helped with it straight away. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Polite, friendly and smiled all the time.
    The buffet breakfast was fine but the sausages tasted perfumey. Even my dogs turned their noses up which is not like them at all.

    Excellent staff and good facilities
    The staff were friendly and very pleasant, they helped with every question we had and even gave us maps to help with or trip. They clearly knew about the local area as they gave us some excellent advice on local attractions.
    We enjoyed our stay the only issue we had was when I took a bath using the soap bottles that are attached to the wall made it difficult to use.

    All the staff from arrival to departure were so warm and welcoming, including the restaurant staff at dinner and breakfast

    Good value for money in a convenient location including friendly staff and just a couple of irritations.
    Was in a very good location. Good parking and not expensive. Clean and comfortable room. The pool was a nice touch. The outside of the hotel is attractive.
    The heating did not work, had to use the plug-in heater. At check-in in the staff were a bit unsure of what they were doing.

    The room was spotless, very impressed. Adaquate size but everything was so clean, very impressed.
    The price of breakfast thought that was a bit steep.
