    Lovely Stay, Unpleasant Shower
    We really enjoyed our big bed and an extra bed for our daughter. Big TV.
    Unfortunately temperature of shower in our bathroom was too hot and we weren't able to adjust it. If it was too hot for an adult it would definitely be too hot for a child. Also for head rinsing.

    No bathrobes in rooms - bring your own if you want to use the free pool/sauna/jacuzzi
    Comfortable beds, ample parking and friendly staff. Good location to see some of the Cotswolds villages and Gloucester cathedral.
    Although it is advertised as a 4* hotel, the room furniture is outdated and there are no bathrobes provided or extra towels for the wellbeing facilities. I was charged 15 per bathrobe - we didn't bring our own as the option to rent these isn't advertised on the website - and had to ask the spa for flip-flops (apparently charged at 5 per pair - I got them for free on this occasion)

    Really good hotel with lovely staff big rooms and great place to explore cotswolds area
    The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional on front desk and housekeeool / leisure facilities were good. Free car parking and plenty spaces. Rooms really large and very comfortable. Ground floor rooms. Good breakfast
    Restaurant staff did not explain menu fully and u were able to order additional items at extra,cost. Other guests had no idea u cud even have additional breakfast items at ectrsv

    Room was very comfortable. Hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly. Restaurant is good. The chap who ran the restaurant for breakfast in the morning was lovely. He has been there a while as we have seen him before.
    It's a shame the sauna wasn't working and wasn't going to be fixed for 3 weeks. Also, why have you stopped doing robes in the bedrooms for the spa. It's a simple thing but so much easier to go to and from thd Spa to the bedroom and feels so much nicer.

    Good location , nice room and good breakfast
    Leisure facilities were not working and we were not told beforehand. The purpose of the trip was to have a relaxing break and use the spa facilities. The jacuzzi was lukewarm , sauna wasnt working and pool was cold. I told the staff but nothing was done/ neither was there an apology
