    Good staff, food was ok
    Room next to lift and banging door all night. Room as average bin was rusty shower drain very slow. Window looked like a prison window and wouldnt open.

    Room 108 a good size and comfortable. Staff helpful, polite and friendly. Good breakfast.
    Room 108 toilet not clean; screw on floor by shower waiting for guest to tread on; soap / body wash in shower empty; water in sink very, very slow to drain - an issue we reported last September when we stayed in the same room! Limited menu for dinner, so go elsewhere.

    I cetanly will be considering a alternative location next year and I will not recommend the hotel.
    This is the ninth time I stayed at the hotel over the Christmas period, and my expectation of the breakfast was acceptable and nicely presented.
    On arrival, I was told I could not check in until 3.00 pm. This was a surprise as after a five-hour drive I wanted to shower and change before a family party. The receptionist was unhelpful and offered no alternative. This was completely unacceptable. Also, my bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress must have been turned over many times. It was like sleeping on lumps and very uncomfortable. It is very clear the mattress was old and should not used any more.

    Central for our needs. Clean good food.
