    Good night made by the company we went with. Wouldnt attend an event involving a meal again
    Our meal was significantly under par We didnt stay over night, just went to an event. Abba tribute were ok.. But the ticket price of 57.50 each to be given such awful food was extremely disappointing

    Excellent hotel, we've stayed here quite a few times now
    The room was well equipped, comfy, quiet and clean, providing much needed rest time. The breakfast was generous with a good range of foods to suit quite a wide range of diets and tastes
    The evening meal menu was very nice but relatively pricey and there could have a better range of food

    Second time staying there, both times there has been issues with other guests partying in the early hours, making lots of noise. Ended up being moved room at 2:30am after guests didnt turn off their music despite being asked multiple times by staff

    Good morning. I am just emailing to say I was disappointed to travel 2.5 hours to arrive at the hotel in the dark and cold with all our luggage to be told the hotel was not available and I was directed to another hotel. This was not ideal as we had a lot of luggage and timed our journey so we could get to the hotel and changed in time for our function. We was never told prior to our booking we would have to change hotel, we wasnt warned at all. So having to carry luggage in the dark and ice to another hotel when we was ready to go to a function was not what we had planned. This was the first time we have stayed and having two rooms booked I feel disappointed. The security officers were fantastic and helped book us a taxi but I think I future the customer should be informed prior to their stay. As I have had these rooms booked for months
