The Holiday Inn Knoxville West - Cedar Bluff is a clean and reasonably priced hotel located 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It is close to major shopping areas and offers a nice breakfast buffet. (Read More) Guests felt safe at the hotel and in the surrounding area. The staff, including the front desk clerk, bartender, and waitress, were friendly and helpful. Although there was a minor issue with the bedding, the housecleaner promptly resolved it. Overall, it is an excellent hotel for the price point.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. The lobby was very welcoming and warm comfortable feeling. It was kinda a last minute book for my birthday on October 9th 2023. I got up the morning of the 10th for my birthday. Got my eat on with the amazing buffet breakfast I had. Tina the server was so friendly. Then went for a nice peaceful swim in the pool what was indoor outdoor. The hot tub was relaxing. I will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn on Cedar Bluff in Knoxville TN again.

I have no complaints.

AMAZING HOTEL! GREAT VALUE!

The staff is so friendly ! I cant remember the young ladies name, but she has tattoos and is so sweet! We never stay anywhere other than this hotel when we come into town. Thanks for always making our stay amazing and accommodating. Also, the breakfast is fantastic!!!

Great experience.

The staff was very professional and helpful. Cory, Ashley, and Jeff provided excellent customer service. Cory provided great food recommendations and ensured my rooms were connected.

The computers were extremely slow.
