Worst experience, super dusty rooms, no maintenance at all, far from any cleanliness and hygiene

The room size is good. Location is close to airport. Food is nice.

- They first gave us a room filled with smoke smell. We asked them to come and check and they admitted so. Despite claiming a non smoking room, they did a shabby job of checking this before asking guest to enter the room. - The next room they shifted us was full of dust everywhere, so much so that we all got dust allergy and coughed throughout our stay. - The cleaning service is so bad that after they wipe, the room smelled like something is rotting. We later checked the mop they are using for cleaning itself it so dirty, we stopped asking them to clean. I wiped the floor with wet wipes myself for next two days. - We found cockroaches in toilet multiple times, and in garbage bins, they do not put any plastic bag, asked them how can we dump garbage directly in it, they said that's what we have to do. Imagine everyone throwing god knows what, and it is being reused without washing. - The hotel is not maintained at all, elevators feel like full of dust and a small dark room. The surroundings of the hotel is full of dust, approach road is broken. We felt it is an absolute waste of money staying in this hotel. Will never stay here ever.

A beautiful place to stay

Lovely place to stay and great breakfast. Staff were lovely. Service was good. Food amazing.

The view from our room was poor. I was not allowed to charge room service to my room which was odd. Then more odd was I was asked to provide internet from my mobile to connect the eftpos machine. Apparently there were issues for the internet that day.

Great place to stay, especially for people bound for the airport

The staff was very courteous. They assisted me with early checkin at 11am. The room was clean and spacious. There are some good options to eat very near to the hotel (Arsalan, Shimla Biryani, etc.)

As I was travelling from outside and had to checkin early, I had called/messaged the hotel on the prior Sunday. However, there was no response. I had to call back again on Monday for their feedback.

Overall very impressed with the hotel and intend to stay there on my next visit to Kolkata

Clean comfortable large room with a convenient location to the airport. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Probably the time of year but could have been a bit less expensive.
