The Holiday Inn Nashville Vanderbilt exceeded expectations with its friendly staff, great food at the Commodore, and live music. The rooms were nice, although the bed was too hard for some guests. Th (Read More)e hotel's proximity to Broadway was a major selling point and they plan on booking again. The staff were helpful and offered advice on tourism, making guests feel safe. The coffee bar in the lobby was outstanding and the hotel had a convenient van service. The rooms were clean and up to date, and there were plenty of nearby activities. Overall, a great experience worth booking again.

The lady who did the check in didn't gave us the breakfast vouchers, every morning must go and ask for a favor to check we paid extra for breakfast, also the card for access to the parking ( paid extra also) wasn't done properly ( get wet in the middle of the rain until 2nd day someone else fix it.

Will not be back, when I have visit at Vanderbilt, will drive further to get better accommodation
Nothing, room next to elevator and heard it operating all night. Paid 30.00 to park and had to carry luggage from back parking lot to front, no attendants. Ate at Commodores, no staff to wait on you. Very disappointed !!
If you have to pay to park, have more parking closer to entrance for older guests

The location, amenities and live entertainment were a bonus.
Staff and facilities were great! Best hotel experience Ive had in a long time. Having a shuttle was a real bonus and the drivers were friendly and courteous.
