Property is a good size but clean and well maintained. The staff is super responsive and courteous. Food was good and well presented.
It is a beachfront property but the beach is not a private beach. It was not made clear in the profile or in the questions I asked after booking.

Great place to stay in a wonderful location.
We stayed in Villa. It was a 4 bedroom unit. It was very clean and big. We loved it. The air conditioning could have been better. The breakfast was great. The resort pool and restaurants were great. We will come back soon.
The playroom could have been better. Would like to to see more activities like video games, and some other games for adults.

Unforgettable Family Experience at Holiday Inn Baruna Bali
We recently concluded a 5-night family holiday at Holiday Inn Baruna Bali, and it was nothing short of exceptional. This being our first trip to Bali, the experience will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff were evident. Every member, from the reception to the pool and restaurant staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.
The hotel's amenities were a highlight of our trip. The swimming pool was a refreshing retreat, the snooker table provided endless fun, and the kids' play zone, especially the ball pool area, was a hit with our children. The spa and massage services offered a much-needed relaxation, and the fish feeding activity was a unique experience we all enjoyed.
Dining at the Envy Restaurant was a delight with its array of yummy food options. The generous breakfast spread at The Palms restaurant was the perfect start to our days, leaving us satisfied and ready to explore.
Our family trip was made special by these experiences, and we are grateful to Holiday Inn Baruna Bali for making it so enjoyable. We look forward to returning for our next holiday season and wish the hotel continued success.
