The property itself is fine.. 5 stars perhaps not. We treated ourself to the suite and picture over looking the pool are a little misleading if you get room 3052.
So my biggest gripe was my booking. By accident I booked 22 Jan instead of 22 Dec - which I rebooked and stayed on this date. A stupid error that the hotel said they would fix. Upon checking out I queried again when this would be resolved only to have the GM come out and attempt to belittle me. While BS I cant get my money back for the incorrect night the fact that the hotel staff mislead me and made me continue to email and call a booking agent is not fair. All and all with this experience, I rate the hotel and experience as below average especially given my stay has now cost me above $500AUD. There are so many amazing hotels in Bali - please dont make the mistake I did.
