NO HOT WATER for 3 Days

A little expensive

Staff were very nice. Property was clean and breakfast was good and had a lot of variety.

It was a little expensive. Location was just a little too far from Seminyak Village/Seminyak Square for a family with kids. Whilst it was a buffet and all you can eat, the food at breakfast was always small portions available, and you would always have to wait 10-15 minutes until they refilled the good stuff. You would be full by the time they refilled. It is a buffet. My advice is to just fill everything up so people can take as much as they want and not have to take small portions each time and wait. Also, the property is not 4* as they claim. Max 3*. Needs some renovations to the rooms like the bathtub, etc

Silent room. Helpful staff at reception.

The bathroom. The tap at basin sprayed water all over when we turn it on. Shower area drainage poor. Shower head on top also got blockage that caused water spraying all over.

Such a nice place

Breakfast was so good lots to choose from although did get very crowded, rooms were nice and clean, pool was lovely although was freezing cold. Staff were so lovely and welcoming . The price we payed for what we got was amazing!!

at breakfast the staff making the omlettes should bring them out to guests tables instead of guests hanging around waiting at the breakfast bar making it crowded.
