The property. It has everything you need and makes up for this being in a secluded location.
The staff. Rude. Abrupt. Uncaring. The icing on the cake was when I was about to check out and I was told We like to give you complimentary late check out tomorrow. She was dumbfounded when I said that. I asked for digene: never got it. Asked for help in finding something Id left at the beach: 3 people from the staff said theyd look for it and get back to me: never did. One manager actually said, when I was narrating a series of incidents: Wait a minute. One thing at a time. They clearly cannot manage a booked hotel. Clearly. So dont go then because you are not important.

The staff was extremely friendly, the beach was clean, and the food was good and interesting. I like the spa, massage there was quite good
The tap water was offered during breakfast but it wasn't tasty. I would appreciate bottled water. It was an option for extra, but I would love to see it by default

Beautiful grounds.
Right on the beach which was great fun.
Helpful staff
Could have had more kids activities. For eg, my daughter wanted to do biking, while bikes are available for adults, none were available for kids. Would have been great to have that.

Location, location, location! Just on the beach.
Good food quality and variety, although at breakfast the focus is more on the Indian cuisine
Italian restaurant and Beach grill are great, as well as the poolside restaurant.
Wifi isn't great.
At breakfast french/danish bakery is very so-so
The old, stale smell in the rooms, and more often than not the smell of cockroach spray, as well as sewage smell all over the property, especially.at night. When the music is very loud at night at different nearby venues, the windows, and doors shake so much!
The Gala dinner charge of 10K++ per person was not worth it.

Should be slightly cheaper for what we pay for. I wonder why things are so overpriced compared to other properties.

Enjoyed spending time with family & friends in Goas sunshine and wonderful beaches.
Great beach location, large property with good facilities and family friendly.
Service at breakfast and restaurants was good.
Spa & Salon booking was confusing but got there in the end, and the pedicure was fantastic.
Not very easy to walk to the sea front due to sand bank which gets very hot in the sunshine. Would have been nice to have a path to improve access especially for older or disabled persons.
Experience at check in and out needs improvement and lounge bar service needs a significant review.

Great vacation stay, would definitely recommend!
The food was delicious in all the in house restaurants, and the staff was extremely attentive throughout our stay
Small things here and there could be managed better, like our checking had some issues - but the staff made sure they resolved everything quickly.

Though the property was fine but its not worth the money you spend
Location and the overall footprint
Rooms were not upto the mark of a five star property. Basic things are missing .
Electric sockets were placed behind the sleeping pillows .
Reception staff was very confused. I called for luggage assistance two times for check out , but still they came with some bugey which can carry only people not the luggage.
I had to carry my luggage weighing around 20 kg under the Sun for around 200 meters.
Breakfast options were also not very good for vegetarians.
