Hotel is very well located, the beach is just across the road from the property, eateries all around. The two bill malls central and jung ceylon are just a 10-12 minute walk away.
The breakfast replenishment was very slow and very often items would have run out.

Disappointing
Lacklustre stay, wouldnt go back
Hotels ok, close to the beach and easy enough to get around Patong.
Ate in the hotel one evening in Terrazzo. Menu confirms kids eat free when with a paying adult but they refused to accept it and claimed it was for another restaurant in the hotel. When pushed back they refused to budge so. Told them to take the service charge off as was unhappy with the service and the manager on duty refused to do it, instead discounted the bill by 15% to have the net effect of removing to service charge. Still effectively over paid. Wouldnt recommend.

Nothing place was a rip off advertised a swim up bar and an adults only pool wasn't allowed in the swim up bar and there was no adults only pool will never be staying there again and I'll be letting every1 I know not to stay there

Wonderful place, just beside the hustle and bustle. A few minutes distance from the craziest place in Phuket, yet still very quiet and nice. My family had a lot of fun and my children really enjoyed the kids pool with the awesome slide and the kids club was also really good.
Everything was really good, my oldest son never wanted to leave haha.

Excellent location
Great location next to Patong beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. It was clean and facilities were good. Good cocktails at the bar downstairs.
The view was of dustbins and concrete and we were told it was a city view. Theres nothing wrong with the hotel as such, its just very overpriced for what it is.
