Very good

Great hotel for a quick stay in the Westerville/Polaris area

I liked that the room was very spacious, and had lots of counterspace. I would recommend and stay at a home2 hotel again.

I did not like that the hotel was a little further away than we wanted from the highway, but overall everything inside the hotel was great.

Location good, not the cleanest, breakfast lacking

Location

While eating in my room I dropped some food on the floor and after picking it up there was multiple long black hairs on the food (I have blonde hair). Also the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The sausage muffin had no taste. No other meats and no eggs. Ended up eating to pieces of toast.

The property was good

When I got to checkin at 11:30 at night I was first told I would have to find another room because they had no more rooms! Even know I had confirmed booking then the person told me I have come back in the morning to get refunded! After about thirty minutes trying to get my room she called a manager and some how they had a room! Which wasnt the same room I booked! I had 2adults and 3 children and we had cramp in king room with sofa bed! When I had two queen bed and sofa bed confirmed! Didnt offer to discount or anything!

The beds were comfortable, we all liked the kitchen.

You couldn't control the temperature. The heat was set at 75, that's too hot.

It worked great for us and I appreciated breakfast

It was clean and comfortable

The room was pretty warm and even though we turned the air to 68 it never got that cool in there. I appreciated the breakfast variety. The egg sandwiches were pretty dry though.

Big rooms; easy parking; near restaurants and shopping

For two nights room above us was so noisy with their dog up all night. The breakfast is not good for the price you pay for the room. There was old bruised brown fruit in a basket and the coffee is terrible. It was all very unappetizing. No hot water one morning for showering, but it was fixed later in the day. The smoking right outside the hotel doors was very strong at times.
