Very good

Good value!

Breakfast was very good. Special kudos to the cook (Lakeysha) who took the time to go to the tables and ask if everything was good!

Free shuttle to downtown did not show up. But not the hotel's fault and the very nice young lady at the front desk when arrived (January 21st around 18:00) ordered a UBER for us complimentary of the hotel.

Disappointing

Wish I hadnt.

Well booking.com took my money & i had to pay for a room. I wasnt sure we would make it because my husband had fallen on the boat, so we got off in Cayman isle then flew to fll but we wanted to go home, but were unable. Booking cancelled our room & we had to rebook & pay again. I would never use it again.

The relationship with booking.com . I shouldnt have to pay twice @ we didnt get a suite room, it was BASIC

Loation at first ,

it smels bad, personell is dirty they come up with trash withballnthe guests theybdont clean they just put chemicals and think it will clean by itself, trhe personell is disgusting with bad attitude ive asked for shampoo it never came clogged sink never repaired.

Very pleasant and felt safe.

I was pleased I could bring my cat. The kitchenette was very helpful, and I enjoyed the pool bar. Friendly staff.
