    Overall was a great hotel stay
    I like the breakfast! Dexter was very nice! Keep it Up! Receptionists are very accommodating and nice to us.
    I didn't like the sliding door of the bathroom. It's difficult to close and open.

    Great downtown location for families
    Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. Literally a block to Union Station. Wonderful view, especially from the pool at night. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Terrific breakfast and comfy rooms too. Will definitely stay again when visiting KC!
    The indoor pool was tiny and not heated, but they did have plenty of big fluffy pool towels so it wasn't too bad. The parking is not great but if you can fit, location makes it easy to walk or take public transit.

    Because the most part it was good it was one girl that was kind of rude, hello nap, and then alarms and kept going off.
    alarm keep going off the room the first night we had to change rooms because the little alarm is going off and we couldnt get shut off and we were in the second room and twice in one day it went off .

    I would definitely stay here again for an extended stay.
    Breakfast options were great, the room had exactly what I needed. Lots of open work spaces in the room, liked the curtain between bed and sofa. Very comfortable.
