    The staff was AMAZING. Ruben at the bar in the evening was top notch and so fun. The lady in the morning that worked breakfast was also outstanding!!! We loved the both of them!! Your staff at the front desk was also amazing!! We were there for the Bengals Chiefs game and had a blast!!

    Will not stay again and I will not use booking.com ever again
    Breakfast was not worth it especially since it cost extra the food was not good.
    The pool was very dirty the breakfast should be free since the quality is so poor

    Customer service was shocking and we are speaking with booking.com to get a refund.

    We were unable to stay due to technical and staffing problems, we had to go and stay somewhere else and pay out another thousand dollars. I then tried to speak to the staff at the hotel and the member of staff on the phone was extremely rude.

    Staff were very friendly! They also seemed genuine.
    Someone tracked mud all over, from the elevator down the hall & it remained there all weekend. Let guests know Kansas alcohol laws. We couldn't buy beer for tailgating because it was before noon, we were there Fri & Sat but didn't know we couldn't buy on Sun.
