    One guest had an issue with their room selection, but the staff, including Jonathan and Charlene, went above and beyond to help them. The customer service and attentiveness made them feel special. An (Read More)other guest loved the hotel, especially the family suite with multiple beds and bathrooms. They found the staff to be friendly and enjoyed the breakfast. A third guest felt at home during their business trip and praised the staff for making their stay comfortable. The breakfast staff and front desk personnel were also commended. One guest mentioned some issues with the room, but overall, the staff was friendly and helpful during their group stay.

    The location was good the rooms are big and comfortable the staff is excellent breakfast was good
    Need a little upgrading with the furniture and appliances and the floors I did not like the carpet the bathroom wasn't the cleanest around the baseboards were dirty I've stayed at several Homewood Suite by Hilton this one did not meet my expectations but overall stay was good oh yes the lighting was terrible

    It was okay.
    When the first room smelt like sour mildew, and the comforter on one of the queen beds smelt like body odor they moved up pretty quickly.
    That when I called the front desk to mention the smell in the room (because it was very strong), he asked if it smelled like mildew before I even described anything. Im pretty sure he already knew what I was going to say.

    Pleasantly surprised. Usually stay closer to FSU but Homewood Suites is out new home
    Excellent property. Very well maintained. All the staff we met were friendly and attentive.
    Nothing. Parking was tight but we always found a spot

    It was amazing, comforting, and very much so a pleasure. A job will done.
    The services were excellent. This was our first stay, and it was lovely. The room was awesome, the pool area, fitness area, and the breakfast was fresh, clean, and spot on. The location of the hotel was great. We were able to find and eat at locate restaurants, and shop at locate shopping centers.
