The service and extra fees were crazy. I was charged $100 extra for having dogs. I was not told this when I inquired on the phone. If I knew this crazy extra fee, I would have chosen a different hotel. For $100 extra fee, I would have expected some extras like a dog bowl, treats, etc. There was also an extra fee for parking of $30. Also the service when checking in was not super. At first the attendant didnt code the keys properly, so after getting to room, I had to carry all my items back to front desk to get new keys. The attendant was not very apologetic. Once at the room, I could not wait to make a coffee, but I only had decaf coffee in the room. I called to have regular coffee brought to the room, but after waiting for 1.5 hours, we had to leave for concert. So, I had to buy a coffee elsewhere. To the hotels credit, a bag of coffee was waiting on our door when we arrived back from concert. Lastly, our room was facing the busy road, and the noise from traffic and bars kept me up all night. I believe I requested a quote room and away from the elevators. My original room was the first room near the elevator on the busy road side. After requesting a room away from elevators, they found me one far away, but the road noise was awful until 2-3am. Request a trim facing parking lot.
