    Extremely pleasant stay in a lovely hotel with kind staff and a comfortable bed.
    Very friendly and accomodating staff, pleasant breakfast, and extraordinarily comfortable bed. A very nice stay.
    There was a motorised pump running intermittently in my room, largely all night, which kept on waking me up. The bed was so comfortable that I feel straight back asleep in any case, and as I understand it this was probably a one-off caused by an issue, so no harm done.

    This is a great hotel where you feel welcome and at home. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is great.

    Slept very well after a lively function at the hotel!
    It is an old mill converted to restaurant and rooms. Bits of the former mill are preserved in the building. The grounds around the hotel, mill pond, leats etc are a delight. Plenty of parking space. Very good breakfast, quality coffee!

    Fascinating stay at a watermill
    It was quiet and the setting was lovely. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They also upgraded us to the suite which was very comfortable. We loved the waterwheel view; quite unique I suspect! The surrounding countryside was beautiful and made for good walking . We loved it!
    Only one problem; the bathroom extractor fan was noisy but we got used tonight!

    Super friendly relaxing stay with great food
    Lovely relaxed feel, like you're one of the family. Unfussy and laid back, with lovely food. Service was exceptional, and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The mill is in a really relaxing location, a perfect start to a holiday. We will definitely stay here again.
