    The breakfast was lovely and we ate in fascinating room that was a conversion of the old barn and had old farming tools decorating the walls. Our table at breakfast was by a window that looked out into the pretty cottage garden.

    Personality and hospitality made it home from home, although Kim's energy made us feel a bit tired!
    Good choice on breakfast menu and well cooked and presented. Porridge was very good and the smoked salmon excellent.
    More facilities in the guest lounge e.g. books, local maps, board games and comfy chairs in bedroom would have made this superlative..

    It was exactly as expected, regarding location and the property. Once inside it was exceptional, far exceeded my expectations. Kim and Peter are exceptional hosts, they have such a strong rapport, and this grows throughout ypur stay. We met some lovely people and everyone was in agreement, that it was a real gem, and somewhere you'd recommend to family and friends. We'll definitely ve going back. Fantastic hosts, breakfast, location, atmosphere, so clean and exceptional quality throughout.
