    Good place to stay if you just want, as we did, a room with private bath, tv and Wi-Fi.
    Location, simple (what we wanted), fresh as in well cleaned.
    Very crowded breakfast! And the Wi-Fi didn't work for the last third of our stay.

    Very good location. Room was nice and clean. The room we stayed was quite spacious. Personnel was helpful and nice. It's a nice place to stay in the city center. Lots of restaurants and museums nearby.
    The heating in the room was not adjustable or if it was we could not find the controls. It was little inconvenient as there is a personal preference to how warm/cold people like the room.

    Very good stay. Staff were very attentive and efficient and very pleasant.
    The free breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. They put out a wonderful array of food, juices, cereals cold meats, breads, rolls, coffee, tea, etc. and the staff always keep everything replenished. They were very efficient in cleaning off tables also to make room for more guests.
    The bathroom shower, essentially a wet room, with no door for privacy and the sink was waaaaay too big for the counter space it was on. The sink was not a good design at all. Water tended to splash everywhere and there was no room at all around the sink to put any of your toiletries. Smaller sinks would work best.

    Bedrooms very clean. Breakfast great.
    Odd no shower door or curtain. So sharing with a mate was interesting. Plus pastries at breakfast would have been lovely.

    We had a very enjoyable stay, and wish for many other hotels to be this comfortable!
    Loved everything about this place : cleanliness, comfort of the beds, great shower, wonderful breakfasts and the location was central with a subway stop just outside the door! The ladies who cleaned the rooms and the breakfast ladies were efficient and friendly. We arrived early and it was no problem to leave our bags in a securely locked storage area so that we could begin exploring Berlin.

    When we first checked in staff on reception were so friendly and helpful but after that the same receptionist was there every time we walked by and she was very unfriendly Breakfast good. Room gorgeous and was ready when we checked in early which was so pleasing.
