    Good breakfast and location, confortable rooms and an amazing service. Our host Christine was exceptional, both before our arrival and afterwards. She's incredibly nice, responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and will be definitely staying there again next time I'm in Interlaken.

    Perfect place to stay if you want to stay in town and quick walk to station and bus
    Very caring and friendly owner Christine and all her staff went the extra mile to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. Facilities excellent and exceptionally clean.

    The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
    The temperature was perfect and we slept very well. Breakfast was fantastic. Have already recommended to family and friends.

    Very good key system, staff are excellent and super friendly. Breakfast spread is generally okay. A little bit far from Interlaken however, everything is walkable distance
    I would say the heater is not functioning very well
