Good location, nice staff, though the building has a few areas for improvement.

Good location at the North end of Bandra, but out of the crush of traffic. An easy walk to the hot restaurants and coffee houses, shops and hubbub of the area without being right in the thick of it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and provided two bottles of complimentary water/day.

Our biggest frustration was that our room key never worked. Wa h time we returned to the hotel, tired and sweaty, wed be locked out. Its very tiresome to have to re-Kay your card every time you come back to your room.especially if one of those times your 8-year-old kid had to pee desperately. The staff also didnt know how to address our frustration, and kept making excuses until they finally told us that only one key to the room would work at a time. So we asked why, then, did they give us two when we checked in? Smaller annoyance was the hair dryer, which either didnt work at all, or would work for two minutes and then switch off. Id prefer to not have a hair dryer at all, rather than one that I wasted 10 minutes fiddling with each time I wanted to use it. Calling maintenance was helpful only if the maintenance person was available; housekeeping had no idea how to fix it. Lastly, housekeeping had annoying habit of leaving trays of food that needed to be cleared on the stairs all day. Maybe nobody else took the stairs, but it was certainly faster than the very very slow elevator. We were tired and ordered room service one night and the food was very mediocre. That said, its literally surrounded by great restaurants.

very average stay for the price

location - right close to the the hustle bustle of Bandra. not far from the airport. staff - the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful esp the room service staff. they really want to help you. food - the food was quite good! the pillows were great.

the hotel is under renovation so you can hear some drilling. you can hear the traffic but not the hotels fault. do not leave the bathroom door open because you will have mosquitoes. the lack of coordination between staff. they made me move rooms without giving me a heads up. if one is sick they should wear a mask especially if theyre welcoming guests at the reception. the rooms seem very average and need sprucing up for the the price you pay. cracks in the walls, DTH service was out, lifts were always busy and had a wait time, bathrooms were clean but the finishing was far from a boutique hotel.

Easy location for linking road, santa cruz and khar. Good breakfast options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast took a long time. It was Nosiy. air conditioning did not work well. only 2 small lifts to service all 8 floors.

Good location. Room size and comfort was good. Nice mix in breakfast of indian and continental food.

Unfortunately on the last night of my stay the ceiling was leaking water and making a mess everywhere. Service at breakfast could be slow sometime

Excellent stay.

Very clean, safe, all of the staff are very nice and friendly especially Sanchit the bellhop. Also, Mahendra Pawar, Hemant and Praveen Shrke were my room attendants who were absolutely fantastic. The hotel has great food and room service. Its conveniently located across from the dentist.
