    Gorgeous hotel, I would definitely stay here again with my family. The rooms were spacious and clean, comfy beds, great breakfast, nice location, friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas :)
    Nothing, I loved everything this hotel offered us.

    Showed up hopeful, left disappointed.
    The location was close to Christmas market
    It wasnt clean. The facilities in room looked old and dirty, so did the tub. The room was way too hot and stuffy, we opened windows but the street below was louder and it was bright so we couldnt keep windows open all night. WiFi was painfully slow, couldnt get any work done. Breakfast wasnt included in price and was very basic and low budget, it should have been included. Staff was friendly, but overall the cost for this hotel did not align with what our experience was. I would avoid.

    The bed for the children was comfy and roomy enough for them. The Christmas decorations leading to the receiption was magical! Loved the ambience at the lobby, it already makes you feel comfortable.
    The only slight critique would be the breakfast - while the food was mostly tasty, a little more selections could be added (there is a chance i may have overlooked certain items since it was only one time over there).

    Very nice hotel, staff was very nice and close to everything in town.
    Very close to Christmas markets, shops, and restaurants.
    Carpet needs to be replaced.
