    Not wirth staying if you have such a cheat and rude person at the reception
    Well located
    Extremely impolite and rude person at the reception . He is totally disorganised . We returned all the cards for the rooms and he kept insisting that one key was missing . He was asking for 300 rs. We asked him to show the CCTV footage and he said it is not working .

    Overall a fair one.
    Since there is no Complimentary Breakfast provided, we have skipped food both the days we stayed at this Hotel. Moreover the staff at the reception did not give us the right answer about not providing the CBF.
    No Cofdee / Tea facilities in the room. No Hot water in the night.

    Good hotel with all prominent places nearby. Budget a bit on the higher side.
    Good choice and quality from the restaurant below. There was no complimentary breakfast.
    Good simple hotel. But the pricing is a bit on the higher side.

    It was a nightmare
    Please do not recommend Bhimas paradise to anyone. There is flyover bridge being constructed and roads are being laid, lot of road work, metro and flyover work is being done. No proper access to the property. This property is one of the oldest, the main door, bathroom doors are all jammed. We had literally kick it hard to open the doors. The whole place is not maintained.

    Location is non reachable due to bridge work.receptioniat was adamant and was not ready to listen.askwd for complimentary breakfast or tea even refused on the pretext that online customers donot get it.Bathroom was dirty.
    Bathroom was not maintained,flush was not working.bedsheets was not properly cleaned. Paid 3500 for stay of 12 hrs but not satisfied.
