    Clean and cosy rooms. Helpful and kind staff have recommended and booked a nice restaurant for NYE night .

    An exceptional and wonderful Hotel
    First of all, the hotel staff were phenomenal, the room size was great and the location was very close to the Rue Saint-Catherine where the shops and boutiques.
    There is no terrace or outdoor seating area from the lobby which I always prefer.

    Great place, very well located, high standing htel.
    Very clean, renovated, everything of a very good quality.
    Information on prices (breakfast, cinma etc..) a bit confusion, could improve on communication.

    Really lovely hotel that does everything well
    The hotel was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I liked it so much that Ill almost certainly book another in the group either in Paris or Antibes/Nice at some stage
    The wifi in my room was a bit patchy. The staff gave me a present to make up for this as I was checking out even though I wasnt complaining! This is why I havent taken a star away!
