Dont stay here. Spend your money elsewhere.

The lift was broken, the air con didnt work on an one side of the hotel was located next to a nightclub/bar and the music continued until 1:30am. Our family were put in a room next to the lane where the nightclub/bar was and the loud music, singing and yelling from the bar patrons kept us up all night.

Perfect location

Super friendly staff; especially Alessandro at the bar (and breakfast) and the nice lady from the breakfast; but all staff were super good!

Nothing really; we just chose a room with no view but that was our choice..

Excellent location and the staff is incredibly welcoming and responsive

Rooms are a bit dated (part of the charm of Venice, and the hotel in particular) but I did see a bug in the bathroom at one point, and I dont think that was part of the charm :)

I didnt like anything. We had a very bad experience, it wasnt clean, very small room and dirty. Also the location not good because it was in San Marco but it has a lot of noise.

Good.

Location was good. Breakfast was not that good - not much variety. Liked cleanliness of hotel and friendliness of staff. I do think the hotel was overpriced for what it was - small room and bathroom. Also, I cant believe for the price that you dont get the basic kettle, cup and teabags in your room! Budget hotels have this but this hotel didnt.

Location. Restaurant.

No AC (apparently the government does not allow them to turn on AC in October). Rooms were warm. They were nice and moved us to a room that was cooler.
