From the moment I arrived, I was met with unparalleled hospitality and a level of attention to detail that truly set this hotel apart. The culinary offerings at Hotel de la coupole were nothing short and exceptional. Each meal was a delight for the senses, with the perfect balance of creativity and flavor. Shout out to the Chef who went above and beyond by personally delivering and skillfully grilling our steaks right in front of us.
Just a suggestion. Kindly add a mat to the shower area, because the floor is slippery when wet. Thank you.

Exceeded my expectations
I really love the attention to detail. The service staff were all friendly and attended to our needs. We especially love the VIP Pass offer for the Fansipan tour.
Initially, it took a little while for us to be accommodated during the check in and check out process but it is perfectly understandable. We went during the holidays and there were a lot of guests.

Stayed in the Deluxe King room on the 9th floor but unfortunately it was below the restaurant and the room was always smelling of food which wasn't a nice experience

Highly recommend this hotel for those looking for quality stay.
Location is impeccable. A short walk into town and laundry and massage shops aplenty. Must try the hotel spa with coffee scrub. Ambience and eye to detail in decoration is tip top. One of the best hotel breakfast spread for the price we paid.
The hair dryer quality could be improved. A coffee machine would be useful in the room.

If your budget allows it, I would recommend that you stay here!
The hotel made you feel as if you had gone back in time. The indoor pool was great, and the view on the 10th floor was so beautiful. I have to compliment the staff. They are very helpful, and it was a shame that I did not remember their names. One great thing about this hotel is that if you arrive very early in the morning by train and you need to wait till 2 p.m. to check in or after check-out while waiting for your night train, you can use the toilets in the pool area to bathe and freshen up. That is definitely a plus.
The water pressure was not great at all, and the air conditioner is not working. We complained about the air conditioning, and both times they claimed that it was fixed, but it did not get better. We ended up opening the balcony door to keep the cool air in.
