Not as special as we'd hoped
Location and bed and room was comfortable
Expected a little more attention to detail for what we paid. Was served a couple of cocktails which clearly hadn't been tasted before sending. It seemed a bit chaotic and as if we were a bother to the staff. Maybe overstretched with other things going on in the hotel. Hard to shrug off for 250 a night.

Once in a lifetime experience!
Super location, super view on the beach, great rooms. Since I lived for a while in Donostia I dreamed of staying there for some nights. 40+years later I did it! No disappointment at all!

The hotel is well located on the beach front and close to the old town.
Everything about this hotel feels outdated , from the rooms decoration, floors, corridors, lobby, the bar and the brasserie.
Food in the brasserie was very average, old style and presentation. Nothing modern about it.
