    Excellent but to short
    Location is superb with nice views and easy acces to town centre! This hotel is all about the details, luxury, profesionalism. Pet friendly, recieved a special blanket and feeding tray for our dog

    Nice, especially if you are on intermittent fasting and skip breakfast in the morning.
    Location is prime, the hotel is comfortable and the service is attentive to the guest's needs.
    At this price not including breakfast is something a bit outrageous.

    Loved the facilities and room. Excellent hotel and beautiful design/decor.
    Good. More berries would be nice.
    The service staff cleared my table and moved my belongings to another table while I was up at the buffet so when I came back with a coffee in hand I couldn't figure out where I'd been moved to or if they'd cleared my table.

    The location was great, but the rest wasnt that great
    After a long drive from Switzerland to be told that you have nowhere to park your car and if youre not happy then theres a 5 star hotel down the road.is not the most professional welcome BUT the worst was the restaurant where we were told that is between 30 minutes and 1 hour waiting just before we could place our order BECAUSE there are only 2 guys in the kitchen and they cant handle everything. After that we were told that we could finally place our order but all what they could offer us was pizza. Never ever had such a horrible experience. And the best was pizza when it came Dry, burn and absolutely tasteless.

    Amazing, pet-friendly value in the heart of San Sebastin
    Perfectly located so that you can drive right up to it, park underneath without having to go through too much of the centre - but then the elevator takes you right to street level in the center of town. Plus, super friendly for our pet. We will definitely be staying here when visiting in the future.

    Road trip treat
    Very welcoming staff who helped 2 tired travellers and their dog after driving the whole day through France. We were able to park in the hotel garage and stay dry. Room was very nice, large bed, great shower. Dog was very welcome with a bed and bowls provided. Food in restaurant was really delicious and breakfast buffet was fantastic- definitely include it in the booking. Location was great, they have a back door onto the street, 10 min walk from beach and main shopping area. We would definitely use this hotel again as a mid way stop from UK to Spain from French ferry ports. Was a lovely treat after all the driving and set us up well for the next stage. Spa looked very nice although we did not use it and roof top views were stunning even in the rain. Dog was 25 extra and parking was 22, but these were expected, communicated in advance and well worth it. Great value at this price for 4 star hotel.

    Roof top pool closed, although to be expected in December. Shower gel etc in bathroom was very nice, it would be great to have body lotion provided too.
