    Extremely comfortable centrally located hotel with better than expected room facilities. A must!
    What is there not to like! Quiet location close to everything. Helpful and extremely friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms with spacious and clean bathrooms. Lift was a blessing. Breakfasts are a must here! Relax on either the rooftop or garden terraces in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this Hotel to family and friends. And no I wasnt paid to write this.
    Nothing really. If I had to find something I would say the squeaky bathroom door especially at night. Easy fix with some lubricant spray.

    Service and cleanliness exceeded expectations. Price was also decent
    My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Location was in a good walking distance of various shops and restaurants including the San Marco square, but still distant enough to have quiet evenings. We did not try the breakfast as we would sleep past it, but the bar was so great! Elia who works at the hotel bar was very kind, made delicious cocktails and even recommended a few restaurants and sites to see. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the feel of the old Italian style but modern at the same time. Will definitely stay here when visiting Venice again!

    Great hotel, big comfy room, quiet despite being very central, lovely staff and great breakfast. Cracking espresso martini in the bar too!

    Location is excellent and it has a gorgeous garden by the canal. Staff were so friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcome. Charming breakfast room and bar. They also took care of my luggage. Definitely return there.

    Everything was great! Proper hotel. Great shower comfy bed, clean room, excellent bar man!
    Breakfast didnt live up to the quality of the hotel. A breakfast you couldnt have found anywhere else but the waitress was lovely
