    Great hotel, with interiors worth of a Venetian movie!
    Everything was really nice! I especially loved the forniture in the room (room 59), and the interiors of the hotel in general! Felt like being back in time. The breakfast was super too, as well as the location of course extremely central. Everything was very smooth.
    I think the only not positive things was that the mattress was not very comfortable to me and the base of the bed very squeaky (my partner is very tall so heavier than me, I did not make any sound while moving), so it sometimes woke me up in the morning. I think for the mattress one option could be to add on top of the existing ones, those thin (3-4 cm) mattresses that use in the Nordics - would make it more comfortable without having to change the existing ones, and even make the existing mattresses last much longer! As for the squeaky, I don't know exactly what cause it. But I don't think it was the nice old frame, I think it was the modern bed base. Anyway, it was just a very minor thing, we loved our stay and we totally recommend this hotel!!! And Venezia too of course!

    Amazing property in the heart of Venice.
    Amazing location. Despite being in Venice, my kids and wife said that the hotel was their favorite part of the vacation. Great location, classy, comfortable. We loved every minute there.

    Four nights in Venice
    The room was a twin with a view of the small canal behind the hotel, which checked the right boxes. Bathroom was spacious. Staff were lovely and the hotel gave us a calendar as a souvenir. Every breakfast was waffle time~

    That was my third time at tiphis hotel, and I will stay there next time !
    Location, breakfast ,the staff ,the room but I dint like the twin beds , I had asked for a double bed
    The twin beds, also there are some old rooms far away from the elevator !!! They gave me one of those rooms but they changed it immediately when I complained and they gave the room in which I had stayed last time !!! The staff was excellent , all of them !! Friendly and extremely helpful !!!

    Overall a good hotel with great service.
    Good breakfast, but limited options for vegan and vegetarian dietary. Room was good and comfortable. Location was excellent.
    Room was hot during evenings/night as there was no climate control during winter. This could be improved, especially with the rooms which are upstairs adjoining to the main room.
